If you are using Canva to design your project you will want to follow the instructions below to get high resolution files for production.

Yes, but if the file is too large to email you may need to use a icloud service like dropbox or bring a thumb drive in. We would need a high resolution pdf or eps file to work from.

These are all color profiles.
PMS is for Pantone Matching System. These colors are custom mixed using 15 different base colors. Each color is ran as a separate press run using that custom mixed ink.
CMYK is for process color. It stands for the 4 colors used in process color (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black). Each color is produced using a combination of these 4 colors. This is the standard for color printing. Not all colors are an exact match since it is done with only 4 colors. Orange is the most challenging color family to produce in cmyk.
RGB stands for Red, Green, and Blue. This is the format for video. It is not intended for printing and will be converted to cmyk for production. It is best to format your color profile in the program to match the production that will be used. While the programs will convert the profiles to cmyk for production they can vary.
When producing a job that has the image printing to the edge, we need a bleed. This is to ensure that the final product will not have a white edge. A bleed is the image that extends beyond the cut. This will be trimmed off after production. The standard bleed is .125″ on all sides. If you program does not allow for a bleed setting you can simply increase the file size by .25″ height and width and increase the margins on all sides by .125″. The minimum margin is .125″, so with this method you would increase it to .25″ on all sides.

We would need pdf or eps files to work from. We do not work with Word or Publisher files. I do have a program that will convert to a pdf, but it is best if that is done on your computer.

PDF and EPS files are best. We can work with others as well like jpeg and tiff. The main issue will be creating a high resolution file to work from. Once I have your file we will preflight it to uncover any issues.
